Please review all policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of Upgrade Web Design Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Please read these Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing any products and/or services offerings located on the UpgradeWebDesign.com Website operated by Upgrade Web Design, LLC, a(n) Limited Liability Company formed in Michigan, United States (hereinafter referred to as “Upgrade Web Design,” “UpgradeWebDesign.com,” “us”, “we”, “our”). Your access to and use of this Website and Upgradewebdesign.com Services and offerings is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms set forth in the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) and including but not limited to our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), Terms of Service (“TOS”), Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Website Services Agreement (WSA), Hosting Services Agreement (“HSA”), and if a Services plan has ecommerce included (if applicable and available at time of purchase), our Ecommerce Services Agreement (“ESA”), and our Monthly Payment Terms & Conditions, the following terms and conditions shall apply to all purchases of Upgrade Web Design’s Website Design and Development Services (“Website Services” “Services” or “Website” as further defined below). If you do not agree with all applicable Agreements do not purchase any products or services now or in the future.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

In addition to the customer information and other payment terms you find on Upgradewebdesign.com, including all Policies, Terms, Conditions, Notices, and Agreements, the following policies apply to Upgrade Web Design customers.

  • This offer applies only to qualifying products and services sold by Upgrade Web Design, including where a “monthly payments” option is available on the product detail page.
  • This offer applies to any qualifying product or service in your cart at time of checkout.
  • This offer is not transferable and may not be combined with other offers.

To be eligible for this offer, you must reside in the United States of America, your UpgradeWebDesign.com account must be active, you must have a valid credit card associated with your UpgradeWebDesign.com account, and you must have a good payment history on UpgradeWebDesign.com. This offer may not be available to every customer and may not be available to you for all qualifying products and services. We reserve the right to consider for each transaction factors including your transaction history and past products or services purchased on UpgradeWebDesign.com and the nature and price of the qualifying product or service, in determining your eligibility for this offer. We will not use a credit report to determine your eligibility.

You will be charged the full price of the qualifying product or service you selected in one initial payment and eleven subsequent monthly payments (provided that if the full price is not evenly divisible by twelve, your final payment amount may be smaller). No interest or finance charges apply to this offer. Any interest, finance charges or fees assessed by the issuer of the payment method to which payments are charged may still apply. Taxes may apply in certain jurisdictions. Any applicable tax will be due and assessed in full as part of your initial payment when you check out. Your payment schedule is:

Eleventh Payment 330 Days from the Purchase Date

You authorize us to charge each payment to your preferred payment method. If the preferred method is unavailable (for example, a card has expired and cannot be charged successfully), we will use another payment method we have on record for you. You agree to maintain in your UpgradeWebDesign.com account at least one valid credit card that expires no earlier than 20 days after your last payment due date.

  • You can choose to prepay either your next scheduled payment or the full remaining balance of your purchase at any time.
  • If we are not able to charge any payment to a payment method on file in your UpgradeWebDesign.com account, we reserve the right to pursue any remedy that is available to us, including the right to suspend or terminate your UpgradeWebDesign.com account. You agree that we and our affiliates have no liability related to the exercise of these remedies.
  • Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the order process or otherwise changed afterwards in accordance with the applicable process, all annual, monthly or other recurring fees related to the Services or otherwise referenced in our policies are to be recurring transactions that will be billed on an ongoing basis until the Services are terminated in accordance with Setup and Payments under Section 3 of the Master Service Agreement.
  • This offer and your purchase, including any dispute or claim relating thereto, are subject to the terms in the UpgradeWebDesign.com Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability terms therein.
  • Void where prohibited.

Collection Fees
Efforts made to collect past due balances are subject to a $20.00 collection fee once assigned to field personnel. A customer who terminates service is responsible for any outstanding balances. Any customer account turned over to an outside agency will be subject to all collection costs including attorney fees.

Reconnection of Service
If your services are electronically disabled due to nonpayment, accounts may be subject to an electronic reactivation fee of $20.00 to restore service. These fees are billed per statement, and you may incur multiple fees if your services are billed separately.
